Account data : email address, encrypted password, account type (job seeker or employer).
Job seeker profile / application data (if you choose to provide it): personal details such as gender, date of birth, country, province/state, and city; profile information including profile picture, industry, and job domain/function; job skills, experience level, and professional background; education details including institutes/universities, qualifications, fields of study, grades/percentages, and attendance dates; projects including titles, descriptions, dates, and optional URLs; certifications including titles, issuing organizations, issue dates, and uploaded certificate files; employment history including position titles, company names, locations, employment dates, current employment status; and compensation information such as latest salary or monthly compensation, if voluntarily provided.
Employer data : company name, contact details, job listings, company descriptions, and any information you submit while using employer features.
Technical data : IP address, browser type, device information, usage logs, approximate location derived from IP, and cookies.

To create and manage accounts
To operate and maintain the Platform
To enable job listings, profile creation, and job applications
To facilitate communication between employers and job seekers

Employers: When a job seeker applies for a job or chooses to share their profile, the information provided becomes visible to the employer. Employers are independent controllers of candidate data they receive and are responsible for their own compliance with data protection laws.

Service providers: We may share data with trusted third-party providers that help us operate the Platform (for example hosting, email delivery, analytics, security). They process data on our instructions where applicable.

6. Cookies
